{"data":{"id":"us-ga/o.c.g.a.-7-6a-8","jurisdiction":"us-ga","citation":"O.C.G.A. § 7-6A-8","heading":"Enforcement of chapter; penalties for violations.","body":"(a) The Attorney General, the district attorneys of this state, and the commissioner of banking and finance shall have jurisdiction to enforce this chapter through their general regulatory powers and through civil process.
