I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi shall issue a proclamation annually calling upon the people of Guam to observe Peace Officers Memorial Day. I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi shall appoint a Peace Officers Memorial Day Committee to plan and make appropriate arrangements for the observance of this day.
