{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-12306","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 12306","heading":"Additional Qualifications of Board Members.","body":"(a) Each member of the Board shall be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and be a resident of Guam for at least two (2) years immediately preceding appointment.\n(b) Each nurse member of the Board shall be a current holder of a valid Guam license to practice as a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse and have been actively engaged in the practice of nursing for five (5) years immediately preceding appointment.
