{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-18108","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 18108","heading":"Revolving Fund.","body":"There is hereby created, separate and apart from other funds of the government of Guam, a fund known as the ‘Barbering and Cosmetology Revolving Fund.’ The Fund shall not be commingled with any other fund and shall be deposited into a separate account. All proceeds from fees and fines collected pursuant to this Chapter shall be deposited to the Fund and it shall be expended upon legislative appropriation solely in support of the functions of the Health Professional Licensing Office of the Department of Public Health and Social Services. This Fund shall receive all interest earned on the deposit of such revenues.
