{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-18119","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 18119","heading":"Eligibility and Qualifications for Esthetician License.","body":"(a) The Board shall administer examinations for a license as an esthetician during a Board meeting duly held for the purpose of administering examinations to applicants who have made the proper application for such a license and who:\n(1) is not less than eighteen (18) years of age;\n(2) has done one (1) of the following:\n(A) completed a certified esthetician program of at least six hundred (600) hours extending over a school year of not less than four (4) months from a school of cosmetology approved by the Board; or\n(B) hold, in good standing, a current unrestricted valid esthetician’s license issued by a State or Territory of the United States whose license requirements are, in the Board’s opinion, equal to or greater than Guam’s.","path":["Title 10: Health and Safety","Division 1 - Public Health","Chapter 18: Barbering and Cosmetology Act of 2010"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/10gc018.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T02:55:38Z","sha256":"e412b568277a7c5689bbe45d88c00cc9416cb6f87ff2663372a58d50df473e79","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/10-gca-18118","next":"us-gu/10-gca-18120"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
