{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-2911","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 2911","heading":"Mental Health Services.","body":"(a) The Medically Indigent Program will provide the following mental health benefits to Program recipients:\n(1) maximum of thirty (30) days inpatient hospitalization per illness,\n(2) out-patient facility/day treatment;\n(3) maintenance counseling;\n(4) chemical dependency services shall be provided subject to the following limitations:\n(A) outpatient services limited to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per year;\n(5) psychological and neuropsychological testing which has been determined to be medically necessary to determine a diagnosis, to establish a baseline level of functioning, and/or to assist in determining a treatment regime which is expected to result in an improvement of the patient’s functional abilities and/or quality of life;\n(6) mental illness coverage for patients diagnosed with mental retardation and mental illness to address mental illness concerns; and\n(7) only generic drug benefits provided;\n(b) Limitations and Exclusions.
