{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-3503","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 3503","heading":"Provisions to Be Included in Guam Plan.","body":"Such plan or plans shall include therein provisions for:\n(a) Financial participation by Guam.\n(b) Administration of such plans or plans by the Department.\n(c) Such methods of administration as are necessary for efficient operation of such plan or plans.\n(d) Maintenance of records and preparation as are necessary for efficient operation of such plan or plans.\n(e) Cooperation with medical, health, nursing and welfare groups and organizations for the purpose of extending and improving maternal and child health.\n(f) Receiving and expending in the manner provided herein in accordance with such plan or plans, all funds made available by the Federal government or from any other source for such purposes.\n(g) Cooperating with the Federal government, through its appropriate agency or instrumentality, in developing, extending and improving such services, and in the administration of such plan or plans and development of demonstration services among groups in special need.\n(h) Carrying out the purposes specified in § 3501 of this article.","path":["Title 10: Health and Safety","Division 1 - Public Health","Chapter 3: Public Health and Social Services","ARTICLE 5: MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/10gc003_Q.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T02:53:08Z","sha256":"afd6c0a2bfe30c6eb9c8ce9352837533c1f67aef9e68b71b7e8e925f22f6070d","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/10-gca-3502","next":"us-gu/10-gca-3504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
