{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-3603","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 3603","heading":"Provisions to Be Included in Plan.","body":"Such plan or plans shall include therein provisions for:\n(a) Financial participation by Guam.\n(b) Administration of such plan or plans by the Department.\n(c) Such methods of administration as are necessary for efficient operation of such plan or plans.\n(d) Maintenance of records and preparation, submission and filing of reports of services rendered.\n(e) Cooperation with medical, health, nursing and welfare groups and organizations, and with any agency charged with administration of laws providing for vocational rehabilitation of physically handicapped children.\n(f) Receiving and expending in the manner provided herein in accordance with such plan or plans, all funds made available by the Federal government, or from any other source for such purposes.\n(g) Cooperating with the Federal government, through its appropriate agency or instrumentality, in developing, extending and improving such services and in the administration of such plan or plans.\n(h) Carrying out the purposes specified in § 3601 of this article.","path":["Title 10: Health and Safety","Division 1 - Public Health","Chapter 3: Public Health and Social Services","ARTICLE 6: SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH NEEDS"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/10gc003_Q.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T02:53:08Z","sha256":"09a5aefd75610660683955502464d348297030eeadf7d1a0654a03083ca34811","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/10-gca-3602","next":"us-gu/10-gca-3604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
