{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-51503","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 51503","heading":"Duties of the Task Force.","body":"The Task Force shall meet at the call of the Presiding Officer and make recommendations for the management of used oil.\nIn making recommendations, the Task Force shall:\n(a) gather information concerning any and all efforts related to the management of used oil;\n(b) receive reports and testimony from individuals, government of Guam agencies, and any other public and private organizations;\n(c) create goals and recommendations for local policy that address the safe and proper management of used oil as defined in § 51102(hh)(11) of Article 1 of this Chapter; and\n(d) submit a report with its recommendations to I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan by September 30, 2019.
