{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-7107","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 7107","heading":"Submission of Plan and Consultation.","body":"Any owner or administrator of a nursing home or proposed nursing home may submit plans and specifications thereof, to the Department of Public Health and Social Services for advice concerning their suitability in the light of requirements of law.
