{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-78112","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 78112","heading":"Community Petitions.","body":"On the petition of fifty (50) or more residents of Guam filed in any location or locations designated by the Commission, the Commission shall hold a special meeting for the individuals so petitioning for the purpose of responding to the petition and hearing and inquiring into matters identified therein as the concern of the petitioners. Notice of such meeting shall be given in the same manner as notice is given for other meetings of the Commission.
