On the expiration of the term of any member, or in the event of a vacancy on the Board due to resignation, death or any other cause, I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi shall, in the manner provided herein and with the advice and consent of I Liheslatura, appoint another member for a full term in the first instance, or for the remainder of the unexpired term.
