{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-91a107","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 91A107","heading":"Civil Penalties.","body":"(a) The father, if married to the mother at the time she receives a partial-birth abortion procedure, and, if the mother has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the abortion, the maternal grandparents of the fetus may in a civil action obtain appropriate relief, unless the pregnancy resulted from the plaintiff’s criminal conduct or the plaintiff consented to the abortion.\n(b) Such relief shall include:\n(1) money damages for all injuries, psychological and physical, occasioned by the violation of this Section; and\n(2) statutory damages equal to three (3) times the cost of partial-birth abortion.\n(3) Attorney’s Fees. If judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff in an action described in this Section, the court shall also render judgment for a reasonable attorney’s fee in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant.
