{"data":{"id":"us-gu/10-gca-9506","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"10 GCA § 9506","heading":"Amendments.","body":"No provision of this Chapter and no amendment to the Government Code made by this Chapter, shall affect or alter any contractual or other nonstatutory obligation of an employer to provide health services to his present and former employees and their dependents or to any such persons, or the amount of any obligation for payment (including any amount payable by an employer for insurance premiums or into a fund to provide for any such payment) toward all or any part of the cost of such services.
