{"data":{"id":"us-gu/11-gca-3405","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"11 GCA § 3405","heading":"Alcoholic Beverages: Gifts Forbidden: Exception.","body":"Subject to any limitations that may be imposed by regulation adopted by the Board, no person shall offer or give any alcoholic beverages to any person in conjunction with the operation of any business, except that any person, including a licensee, may serve and provide, at no charge, food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to persons attending special promotions, grand openings, special gatherings, and similar occasions.
