{"data":{"id":"us-gu/11-gca-76207","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"11 GCA § 76207","heading":"Agent’s and Itinerant Salesmen’s Endorsements.","body":"Endorsements for agents and itinerant salesmen must be obtained by any person who holds himself out as an agent for others for the sale of tangible property, whether it be retain or wholesale, or by person who sell by sample or description for delivery at a later date from a place outside of Guam, the sale being conditioned on the acceptance of the order by the supplier.
