{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-12103.1","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 12103.1","heading":"Operation of Commission-Additional.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Public Utilities Commission may meet for purposes of gathering information on utilities and requesting, demanding and accepting reports and documents from regulated utilities, and for other purposes. The Commission may continue in limited operation, as funds are available or on a volunteer basis, for purposes of monitoring the regulated utilities and making such orders, rules, and regulations, as may be appropriate to monitor such agencies and insure that orders of the Commission are complied with.
