{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-12208","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 12208","heading":"Penalties Recoverable by the Commission.","body":"(a) The Commission, after a hearing conducted after not less than thirty (30) days = notice, shall have the power to impose upon any telecommunications company which willfully violates any law administered by the Commission or any rule, regulation, or order of the Commission, or which willfully fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with any order after notice thereof, a penalty for each offense not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), which penalty shall be fixed, imposed and collected by the Commission. Each day that such violation, failure, neglect or refusal continues constitutes a separate offense.
