{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-12402","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 12402","heading":"Task Force Composition.","body":"The Task Force shall be comprised of the following:\n(a) the Administrator of the Guam Economic Development Authority or his/her designee;\n(b) the Chairperson of the Public Utilities Commission or his/her designee;\n(c) the Chief Technology Officer, Office of Technology, or his/her designee;\n(d) the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation or his/her designee;\n(e) the President of the University of Guam or his/her designee; and,\n(f) the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan or his/her designee who shall sit as an ex-officio non-voting member. The Administrator of the Guam Economic Development Authority or his/her designee shall serve as Presiding Officer of the Task Force.
