The Interest Free Loans shall be given in accordance to the schedule set forth in § 4307 within income limits and maximum loan amounts as follows:\n(a) For families or individuals with adjusted incomes of up to Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($26,160), the Government’s participation shall be determined under Schedule I of § 4307.\n(b) For families or individuals with adjusted incomes of more than Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($26,160) up to Twenty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($29, § 430), the Government’s participation shall be determined under Schedule II of § 4307.\n(c) For families or individuals with adjusted incomes of more than Twenty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($29, § 430) up to Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700), the Government’s participation shall be determined under Schedule III of § 4307.\n(d) For families or individuals with adjusted incomes of more than Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700) up to Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($39,240), the Government’s participation shall be determined under Schedule IV of § 4307.\nIncome limits contained herein shall be adjusted by GHC as needed.","path":["Title 12: Autonomous Agencies","Division 1 - Autonomous Agencies","Chapter 4: Guam Housing Corporation","ARTICLE 3: GOVERNMENT PARTICIPATION LOAN ACT"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/12gc004.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T03:21:58Z","sha256":"ae9fb73e9d83182fb5d7a6c22ff67ff9f5a9c45a729095498c81c441335ca22d","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/12-gca-4304","next":"us-gu/12-gca-4306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
