{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-5206","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 5206","heading":"Housing for Elderly and Handicapped Persons.","body":"(a) In order to meet the housing needs of low-income elderly and handicapped persons residing in Guam, the Governor shall convey to Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority the following pieces of real property:\n(1) Tract 170 (Part), Dededo, containing an area of 618,807 ± square feet, as shown on Drawing 45-1079 prepared by Sian, DeCastro \u0026 Co., Inc.\n(2) Tract 170 Rem-1A, Dededo, containing an area of 355,984 ± square feet, as shown on Drawing JCTA-S-21-79 prepared by Juan C. Tenorio \u0026 Associates.\n(3) Lot 471-1, Agat, containing an area of 59,584 ± square feet, Lot 471-G, Agat, containing an area of 8,91 ± square feet, and Lot 471-R1, containing an area of 118,967 ± square feet, all of which are formerly a part of Lot 266-1, Agat, and all of which are shown on Drawing JCTA-S-25-79 prepared by Juan C. Tenorio \u0026 Associates.\n(b) The transfer mandated by this Section shall be made by the Governor within sixty (60) days after the survey maps have been recorded by the Department of Land Management.\n(c) The provisions of P.L.
