{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-6103","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 6103","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this Chapter, unless otherwise indicated:\n(a) “Authority” means the Guam Regional Transit Authority.\n(b) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Authority.\n(c) “Director” means a member of the Board.\n(d) “Public Parking” means any on-street and off-street parking owned and operated by the government of Guam for purposes of temporary storage of passenger conveyances such as automobiles, pick-up trucks, motorcycles, and vans.\n(e) “Employee” means any person employed by the Guam Regional Transit Authority and as defined by the Civil Service Commission.
