{"data":{"id":"us-gu/12-gca-8124","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"12 GCA § 8124","heading":"Disclosure of Fuel Purchase on Agency’s Website.","body":"Within five (5) days of the date of the transaction, Saturdays, Sundays and government of Guam holidays excepted, the Guam Power Authority shall disclose the following information on its website for each fuel purchase:\n(a) the type of fuel purchased;\n(b) the quantity of fuel purchased;\n(c) the total price of the fuel purchased;\n(d) the cost to ship the fuel purchased to Guam; and\n(e) the expected date of delivery of the fuel purchased.\nThe Guam Power Authority, for fuel purchase contracts for multiple shipments for different future delivery dates or for different types of fuels shipped for the same delivery date, shall disclose the information required in items (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), supra, for each shipment of fuel or each type of fuel.\nNothing herein shall be construed as to limit the Guam Power Authority from disclosing any additional information regarding its fuels purchases.","path":["Title 12: Autonomous Agencies","Division 1 - Autonomous Agencies","Chapter 8: Guam Power Authority","ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/12gc008.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T03:22:38Z","sha256":"59166089dbd393cb8a6eaddfa9f71d1a00114f909747ae4829e63752fdf16bd4","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/12-gca-8123","next":"us-gu/12-gca-8201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
