{"data":{"id":"us-gu/15-gca-4701","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"15 GCA § 4701","heading":"Request for Special Notice.","body":"At any time after the issuance of letters of guardianship, any relative of the ward, in person or by attorney, or the attorney for any department or bureau of the United States government or of the government of Guam which makes or awards compensation, pension, insurance or other allow-ance for the benefit of the ward's estate, may serve upon the guardian or upon the latter's attorney, and file with the clerk of the court, with a\nwritten admission or proof of such service, a written request stating that he desire special notice of the filing or commencing of any or all of the\nfollowing:\n1. Petitions for the sale, lease or mortgage or confirmation of sale of any property of the ward;\n2. Accounts;\n3. Application for removal of the ward's property to a foreign jurisdiction;\n4. Petitions for partition of any property of the ward;\n5. Petitions for allowances of any nature payable from the ward's estate;\n6. Petitions for the investment of funds of the estate;\n7.
