{"data":{"id":"us-gu/16-gca-11106.1","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"16 GCA § 11106.1","heading":"Same: Charges for Luggage, and Extra-Large Parcels.","body":"Every person who owns or has control over any taxicab shall assess passengers for hire a fee of One Dollar ($1) to transport each piece of luggage, extra-large parcel, or any parcel requiring either strenuous lifting on the part of the driver or the use of a rope or tie-down to secure its presence on or within the taxicab (i.e., a bicycle, surfboard, etc.).
