{"data":{"id":"us-gu/16-gca-12110","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"16 GCA § 12110","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(a) A violation of any provision of this Chapter is a civil violation.\n(b) Each violation shall be subject to the following penalties:\n(1) First offense shall be subject to a penalty of up to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);\n(2) Second offense of the same provision within a twelve (12)-month period shall be subject to a penalty of up to Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) but no less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);\n(3) Third offense of the same provision within a twelve (12)-month period shall be subject to a penalty of no less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00);\n(4) Fourth offense of the same provision within a twelve (12)-month period shall be punishable as a misdemeanor and the business license shall be suspended for up to one (1) year or until the violation has been cured.\n(c) All fines imposed under this Section shall be deposited into the Police Patrol Vehicle and Equipment Revolving Fund pursuant to § 77135, Chapter 77, 10 GCA.","path":["Title 16: Vehicles","Chapter 12: Tow Trucks"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/16gc012.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T03:40:38Z","sha256":"21bd54c438645038eec94e929dc6f4b6c59e9d28b547a1531b4e38a59d54cb92","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/16-gca-12109","next":"us-gu/16-gca-13101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
