{"data":{"id":"us-gu/16-gca-5115","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"16 GCA § 5115","heading":"When the Director of Public Works May Restrict the Use of Highways.","body":"(a) The Director of Public Works or his authorized representative may prohibit the operations of certain vehicles upon any highway, or impose restrictions as to the weight of vehicles to be operated upon any highway, whenever any highway, by reason of deterioration, rain or other climatic conditions which will seriously damage the highway unless the use of vehicles thereon is prohibited or the weight thereon is reduced. Such prohibition or restriction shall be effective when notice thereof are erected upon the highway affected and/or effected when notice is given by publication.\n(b) Effective Date.
