{"data":{"id":"us-gu/16-gca-7122","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"16 GCA § 7122","heading":"License Plates, Government Officials.","body":"In carrying out the issuance of license plates pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, the Director of Revenue and Taxation shall issue special licenses bearing the following numbers to the following officials of the government of Guam for use on their privately-owned vehicles:\nOFFICE PLATE NUMBER\nI Maga’håga/Maga’låhi 1\nI Sigundo Maga’håga/Maga’låhi 1-A\nSpeaker 2\nVice-Speaker 2-A\nLegislative Secretary 2-B\nSenators 2-C through 2-Z\nDistrict Court Judge 3\nSuperior Court Judges 3-A through 3-Z\nMayors 4-A through 4-Z\nThe foregoing licenses shall be issued to those entitled thereto upon their assumption of the office in question, and where there is more than one person holding any of the foregoing offices, licenses shall be issued in sequence based upon their last names in alphabetical order, except in the case of Superior Court Judges who shall be issued licenses in sequence based upon their seniority. Such licenses shall be surrendered to the Department upon their removal from said office for any cause.
