{"data":{"id":"us-gu/16-gca-7149","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"16 GCA § 7149","heading":"Transfer of Registration: New Certificate.","body":"(a) A legal owner may assign her/his title or interest in or to a vehicle registered under this Title to a person other than the owner without the consent of and without affecting the interest of such owner.
