{"data":{"id":"us-gu/17-gca-16104.1","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"17 GCA § 16104.1","heading":"Duties of the Board of Regents.","body":"(a) The Regents shall have general supervision over the University and the control and direction of all funds of, and appropriated to, the University, subject to such restrictions as may be prescribed by law. The Board shall set the policies governing the duties, conditions of employment, compensation, salary and emoluments, of all employees of the University as herein provided.\n(b) The Board shall submit an annual budget to I Liheslatura in the manner prescribed by law.
