{"data":{"id":"us-gu/17-gca-16114","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"17 GCA § 16114","heading":"Attorney.","body":"(a) The University of Guam may employ an attorney to assist and represent it in all civil matters which concerns the University. The Attorney General shall represent the University in all litigation in which the University is interested, provided that the Attorney General shall designate the attorney for the University as a Special Assistant Attorney General for this purpose.\n(b) The University of Guam may set the terms and conditions of employment for the attorney, his or her compensation and whether he or she be appointed as a full-time employee, an independent consultant.
