{"data":{"id":"us-gu/17-gca-18607","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"17 GCA § 18607","heading":"Conditions of Acceptance.","body":"Educators accepted into this program herein shall agree to the following conditions:\n(a) To successfully complete the courses;\n(b) That the educator will remain employed by the Department of Education in the position for which the educator is seeking recertification for a period of not less than one (1) semester for every three (3) credits of support received herein;\n(c) Present an eligibility certificate from the Department of Education that includes the educator’s present teaching concentration;\n(d) Comply in a timely fashion with the Department of Education certification requirements; and\n(e) Agree to repay the Dr. Antonio C.
