Yamashita Educator Corps to administer and conduct the program in this Article may come from any or all of the following sources:\n(a) Direct appropriation by I Liheslaturan Guåhan for the express purpose of funding the program created by this Article;\n(b) Appropriations made to the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps;\n(c) Collections of past due amounts resulting from participants’ failure to complete service credit requirements;\n(d) The operation budget of the Department of Education for staff development;\n(e) Federal funds secured by the Department of Education for staff development; and\n(f) Any other source of funding for which the use of money for the purposes herein is consistent with law.","path":["Title 17: Education","Division 3 - University of Guam","Chapter 18: The Dr. Antonio C.
