{"data":{"id":"us-gu/17-gca-7115","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"17 GCA § 7115","heading":"Standards for Air Conditioning Systems Funded Herein.","body":"Any air conditioning system purchased and used by the Guam Public School System shall:\n(a) Meet the comfort and air quality standards set forth for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HV AC) equipment provided in Chapter 5 of the Federal GSA’s Facilities Standards For Public Buildings Service (Revised November 2000 or later - PBSPIOO);\n(b) Have repair and replacement parts readily available within five (5) days, Saturdays, Sundays and Government of Guam holidays excepted; and\n(c) Be the subject of a warranty and maintenance agreement that guarantees the system’s working life for not less than five (5) years.","path":["Title 17: Education","Division 2 - Department of Education","Chapter 7: Physical Plant"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/17gc007.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T03:43:58Z","sha256":"da3b016699c32db613a8dd2225223958b60f2483c3c1c4d4c2846b1fbd090bfc","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/17-gca-7114","next":"us-gu/17-gca-7116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
