{"data":{"id":"us-gu/18-gca-3105","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"18 GCA § 3105","heading":"Notices to Stockholders.","body":"All notices to stockholders in Guam shall be written or printed and delivered personally to each stockholder, unless otherwise provided in this Part, at least ten (10) days prior to any meeting or other action to which the notice applies. Service of said notices may be proved prima facie by the affidavit of the person serving the notice.\nAll notices to stockholders, absent from Guam, shall be written or printed and addressed to each stockholder at his place of residence as shown by the books of the corporation and registered and deposited so addressed in the post office with postage prepaid.\nService of said notices may be proved prima facie by the registered post office receipt.
