{"data":{"id":"us-gu/18-gca-3303","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"18 GCA § 3303","heading":"Dissent by Nominees and Beneficial Owners.","body":"(a) A record stockholder may assert the dissenter’s right as to fewer than all the shares registered in his name only if he dissents with respect to all shares beneficially owned by anyone (1) person and notifies the corporation in writing of the name and address of each person on whose behalf he asserts dissenters’ rights.
