{"data":{"id":"us-gu/18-gca-7108","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"18 GCA § 7108","heading":"Registered Office and Registered Agent of Foreign Corporation.","body":"(a) Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business on Guam shall continuously maintain on Guam:\n(1) a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and\n(2) a registered agent, who shall be:\n(i) an individual who resides on Guam and whose business office is identical to the registered office;\n(ii) a domestic corporation or nonprofit domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office; or\n(iii) a foreign corporation or foreign nonprofit corporation authorized to transact business on Guam whose business office is identical with the registered office.\n(b) A registered agent appointed pursuant to this Section or a successor registered agent appointed pursuant to § 7109 on whom process may be served shall each file a statement in writing with the Department, in such form and manner as shall be prescribed by the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation, accepting the appointment as a registered agent simultaneously with the registered agent being designated.
