{"data":{"id":"us-gu/19-gca-20122","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"19 GCA § 20122","heading":"Transfer of Functions.","body":"Upon the effective date of this Act, the Governor shall transfer existing programs, personnel, equipment, furniture, supplies, records, documents and unexpended funds of functions, programs and services from various agencies, departments, instrumentalities of the government of Guam to the Department of Youth Affairs in consonant with this Act.
