{"data":{"id":"us-gu/19-gca-5102","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"19 GCA § 5102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"When used in this Chapter, unless the context otherwise required:\n(a) Court means the Family Division of the Superior Court.\n(b) Judge means a judge of the Superior Court sitting, either permanently or temporarily, as judge of the Family Division.\n(c) Adult means a person eighteen (18) years of age or older.\n(d) For the purposes of § 5103(a)(4) only, a child or minor means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age on the date legal proceedings are first commenced against him.
