{"data":{"id":"us-gu/19-gca-8321","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"19 GCA § 8321","heading":"Decision, Interlocutory Judgment.","body":"In actions for dissolution of marriage, the Court must file its decision and conclusions of law as in other cases, and if it determines that no dissolution of marriage shall be granted, final judgment must thereupon be entered accordingly. If it determines that the dissolution of marriage ought to be granted, interlocutory judgment must be entered, declaring that the party in whose favor the court decides is entitled to a dissolution of marriage. After the entry of the interlocutory judgment, neither party shall have the right to dismiss the action without the consent of the other.
