{"data":{"id":"us-gu/2-gca-16103","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"2 GCA § 16103","heading":"Eligibility.","body":"In order for a student to be accepted into the PPI Program, the student shall submit an application provided by the Speaker and meet the following requirements:\n(a) the student shall be a resident of Guam for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the start of the Program;\n(b) the student shall have a cumulative grade point average of at least three point zero (3.0);\n(c) the student shall be enrolled in an educational facility and have the credits equivalent to a high school sophomore or higher;\n(d) the student shall submit a personal statement in addition to their application, which shall demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills, as well as a strong desire to be selected to the Program;\n(e) the student shall submit a letter of recommendation from a school official and a government official or community leader; and\n(f) the student shall submit a copy of their most recent report card or official transcript.","path":["Title 2: Legislative Branch","Chapter 16: Public Policy Institute Program"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/2gc016.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T02:09:58Z","sha256":"da1b92520eab9c6a1f706296a8fb1c5faaac0aa3571065cd3c38a7b9aafd5af2","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/2-gca-16102","next":"us-gu/2-gca-16104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
