{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-17108","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 17108","heading":"Authority of Agencies.","body":"(a) An agency, in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Act, shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to assure that:\n(1) the payments and assistance authorized by this Chapter shall be administered in a manner which is fair and reasonable, and as uniform as practicable;\n(2) a displaced person who makes proper application for a payment authorized by this Chapter shall be paid promptly after a move or, in hardship cases, be paid in advance; and\n(3) any person aggrieved by a determination as to eligibility for a payment authorized by this Chapter or the amount of a payment, may have his application reviewed by the agency.\n(b) The agency may prescribe other regulations and procedures, consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.","path":["Title 21: Real Property","Division 1 - Ownership of Real or Immovable Property","Chapter 17: Relocation Assistance Act"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/21gc017.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T04:09:48Z","sha256":"c0a7f183bb3bab74274e90a8c5f12fb421eac686070b15faf7145848e92b0776","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/21-gca-17107","next":"us-gu/21-gca-17109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
