{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-61523","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 61523","heading":"Nonconforming Use of Buildings.","body":"(a) The nonconforming use of a building, existing at the time this law became effective, may be continued.\n(b) The use of nonconforming building may be changed to any other use which is permitted in the same zone as the use for which the building or structure is designed or intended. The use of a nonconforming building may also be changed to any use permitted in a more restricted zone classification.
