Such application shall include:\n(a) A statement of intent;\n(b) A map of the general area showing the subject lot and all abutting properties, with names and addresses of owners; and\n(c) A proposed site plan, showing proposed enclosure, access and egress.\n(d) The Commission shall charge and collect a filing fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) for a Junk Yard Permit application.
