{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-66404","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 66404","heading":"Tests as Proof of Compliance.","body":"(a) Whenever there is insufficient evidence that any material or any construction does not conform to the requirements of this Title, or in order to substantiate claims for alternate materials or methods of construction, the building official may require tests as proof of compliance to be made at the expense of the owner or his agent by an approved agency or laboratory listed in this Title.\n(b) Tests shall be in accordance with generally recognized standard test procedures for the proposed use.
