{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-68301","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 68301","heading":"Sale of Land to Permittee or Lessees.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, any person qualified to own land in Guam who has occupied Tract 103, Lot No. 13 and Tract 103, Lot No. 14 and Lot No. 8, Block No. 7, Machananao Subdivision under a government of Guam land use permit or leasehold in the municipalities of Chalan Pago and Yigo shall be entitled to purchase the land so occupied but not to exceed one lot; on the condition that (a) he has continuously and uninterruptedly occupied said land for more than three years and (b) he owns no other land in Guam.
