{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-75118","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 75118","heading":"Commission Start-Up Fund.","body":"Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) are appropriated from the General Fund to the Chamorro Land Trust Commission to initiate the business of the Commission in a manner consistent with the purpose and intent of this Chapter.\n(a) The Commission shall establish a place of business and shall appoint and employ an Administrative Director who shall serve in a full-time capacity, and shall provide such Administrative Director with the necessary personnel and resources to carry on the work of the Commission as provided for in § 75102(b) of this Chapter. The salary of the Administrative Director shall be determined by the Commission as provided for in said § 75102(b) and shall not exceed the sum of Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) per annum.\n(b) Funds available under this section shall not be utilized to directly fund the programs set out in paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of § 75112 of this Chapter.","path":["Title 21: Real Property","Division 2 - Regulation of Real Property Uses","Chapter 75: Chamorro Land Trust Commission"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/21gc075.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T04:14:38Z","sha256":"b690dafffdc2adf518aaa5434a24f45dd20da1b5920e4eb7b58d10b3e4c4006b","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/21-gca-75117","next":"us-gu/21-gca-75119"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
