{"data":{"id":"us-gu/21-gca-75a118","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"21 GCA § 75A118","heading":"Commission Start-Up Fund.","body":"Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) are appropriated from the General Fund to the Chamorro Land Trust Commission to initiate the business of the Commission in a manner consistent with the purpose and intent of this Chapter.\n(a) The Commission shall establish a place of business and shall appoint and employ an Administrative Director who shall serve in a full-time capacity, and shall provide such Administrative Director with the necessary personnel and resources to carry on the work of the Commission as provided for in § 75A102(b) of this Chapter.
