{"data":{"id":"us-gu/22-gca-15710","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"22 GCA § 15710","heading":"Insurance Adjusters.","body":"No person, except a person otherwise licensed under this article, shall make any adjustment under an insurance policy covering hazards described in Article I of Chapter 18 of this Title, unless he shall hold a license under this section or is exempted therefrom.\n(a) An insurance adjuster’s license may be issued by the Commissioner to any person filing an application on a prescribed form, and upon payment of a license fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
