{"data":{"id":"us-gu/22-gca-30107","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"22 GCA § 30107","heading":"Certified Appraisers - Classifications.","body":"(a) There are two (2) classes of certification for certified or licensed real estate appraisers;\n(b) Each application for original certification or for the renewal of certification shall specify the classification of certification being applied for and, if applicable, the certification previously granted.\n(c) Each application for original certification shall provide to the Director evidence of:\n(1) Completion of the certification examination with a satisfactory score.
